Out West: Day Five

Sleeping in a Chevy Sonic is not something I ever want to do again. After one of the worst night's sleep of my life we got breakfast at Mr. Happy's Bakery & Cafe, which was phenomenal! Feeling slightly rejuvenated from some decent coffee and the greatest breakfast sandwich ever we headed to a place that I have wanted to visit ever since the first time I saw a photo of it in grade school; Mesa Verde.

This national park was without a doubt one of the most beautiful places I've ever been.

Nothing like morning light hitting a mountain range.

Cliff Palace

If you look closely you can see more cliff dwellings.

Wild horses

Driving north towards Colorado Springs we came across so many photo ops that couldn't be passed up.

One of the major scenic pull offs was Treasure Falls.

Photos taken with a Canon Mark III, with a Canon 20mm f/2.8, Canon 50mm f/1.4, and Canon 135mm f/2.0 lens.
